April's Toe (0) vs. The Door (1)

Yes.. I lost a face off with the door.  For about the 1000th time, I caught my little toe on the door.  This time, the door won.  Besides being black and blue, it hurts and it is really swollen. Seriously, this stuff only happens when I'm by myself.

Where is Nurse Clayton when you need him...

OUCH! This is probably not encouraging, but I did this to my toe many months ago. It didn't bruise so I didn't think it was broken. But it hurt like heck! And you know what, still today there are times when it hurts. Hope it gets better soon!

At least you didn't need stitches. I did that to my toe when we were moving to TX from AZ and required two little stitches.

See, it could always be worse. :)

Poor, April..It does look painful. I'm impressed that you paint you toenails during the winter. Sandal weather is the only time I paint mine.

Oh man, I am so sorry. That does look painful

In this natural childbirth book I have they say to come up with a jingle/chant/thought to help you get through labor. Like for this lady she thought, "I will only be in labor as long as it takes to make, bake and ice a chocolate cake". IDK, I definitely don't do this.
But you can do this with your toe, that it will STILL be broken when Clayton gets home. :) I don't know if that helps or not.... :)
BTW, TJ just looked through your pics of Harry, he loves that kitty. :)

Yes, I too need to comment on your pretty toes because your two sister-in-laws (M & M), think (know) that I have an obsession with noticing people's toes! ;) I know, it's weird!
